The menu for this night includes:
- Baby greens with carrot, cucumber, tomato, red onion with creamy Italian dressing
- Caesar salad with crisp romaine, shaved pecorino, garlic croutons, candied walnuts, sundried cranberries and tangy Caesar dressing
- Orzo pasta salad with roasted garlic, artichoke hearts, olives, mozzarella, tomatoes, basil and sundried tomatoes
- Cannellini bean salad with sundried tomatoes, garlic, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, roasted red bell pepper
- Garlic and herb roasted potatoes
- Assorted seasonal vegetables
- Spaghetti with meatballs and marinara sauce
- Linguica sausage, ground beef and Italian pork sausage layered with four cheese lasagna
- Traditional Chicken Marsala
- Assorted dinner rolls with herb butter
- Strawberry panna cotta
